Fusion Marketing 
What do a romantic island, sexy lingerie, and an airline have in common? MZInc turns this pleasurable combination into big business for all three.  
 
When the Hosiery Corporation of America contracted MZInc to promote their line of lingerie, they weren’t interested in paying any more than they had to.  This innovative and connected ad agency was able to forge a mutually beneficial arrangement with Dominicana Airlines, the Talanquera Resort and the Dominican Tourist Information Center.  These organization were interested in courting romantic couples, especially honeymooners, the very same market that the hosiery manufacturer served.  With their client’s circulation of two million catalogs, MZInc was able to negotiate free travel and accommodations for the entire crew, staff, and models involved in the production in exchange for including the names and logos of each organization in the credits of the catalog.  This translated into a savings of over $50,000 for the client.  

In addition to saving their clients money, MZInc also produced the first videologue geared to marketing directly to the consumer. While videologues, (short movies featuring the fashions of a client) had been used in business-to-business marketing, it was the first time it had been used in marketing to the consumer. The resort was so impressed with the work done at their location that they hired the agency to produce a separate video for them, as did the Dominican Tourist Information Center.
